Selling our house was by far one of the more difficult processes I have gone through. We put the house on the market in March literally when the world shut down because of COVID. We had a buyer, lost the buyer.
Then we had a solid offer and we were ready to close 7/15, but wait. Not quite. 4 extensions later due to multiple circumstances that were mostly no ones fault, but none the less frustrating!!
